I run my own fractional practice through Torchrunner. Every module gets tested against real engagements before it ships to anyone else. If a feature doesn't earn its keep on my own book of business, it doesn't ship.
What that changes about the roadmap
A lot of SaaS founders build features because a customer asked. I build features because my own workflow demanded it. The customer ask gets weighted against my own pain first. It keeps the product honest.
