Implementation is the product

Software does not change anything sitting in a tab. The value is in the setup, the migration, the getting-it-actually-running.

Tools do not deliver outcomes

A great platform that is half set up delivers nothing. The gap between buying software and getting value from it is implementation, and that gap is where most tools quietly die. AtPace exists in that gap on purpose.

What implementation actually buys

It buys the first month back. Instead of spending it on configuration, the client spends it on their actual business, because someone already migrated the data, built the pipelines, and got the thing running. The software sticks because it was made to fit on day one.

AtPace is the work, Torchrunner is the tool

That is the whole division of labor. Torchrunner is the operating spine. AtPace is the team that gets you onto it cleanly and keeps it sharp. The tool is necessary. The implementation is what makes it real.
